The name Eg Phg Rägab is derived from the Dwarven language, as Eg Phg Rägab was founded by Gadonmtco Ewelochoch, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

Eg Phg Rägab was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1234, by Gadonmtco Ewelochoch. The establishment of Eg Phg Rägab was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Gadonmtco Ewelochoch electing to pay people to resettle in Eg Phg Rägab.

Eg Phg Rägab was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Eg Phg Rägab is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Eg Phg Rägab is buildings are arranged arround a single narrow paverstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century heavy spring rains following an uncharacteristically dry year and a minor earthquake resulted in the collapse of the north east side of Grief Hill. the landslide struck Eg Phg Rägab, and devastated the community. 239 people, 314 livestock, and 38 buildings were lost to the calamity. The disaster is recorded in history as Grief's Fall.
